CONTENT: A landing page titled "PaySmart Legal Center." 
It should contain links to all the pages listed above. 
This is the page users see when they click "Legal" in the app.

FILE: privacy.php
CONTENT: The "Privacy Policy." 
Must cover: Data collection (BVN, Phone, Email), NDPR compliance, 
and how we protect user information.

FILE: terms.php
CONTENT: The "Terms and Conditions." 
Must cover: User eligibility, transaction rules, prohibited 
activities, and account termination.

FILE: compliance.php
CONTENT: The "Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Policy." 
Must cover: Identity verification steps, reporting of suspicious 
transactions, and CBN tiered KYC requirements.

FILE: data-protection.php
CONTENT: The "Data Protection Policy." 
Must cover: How long we store data and user rights to 
request data deletion.

FILE: fees.php
CONTENT: The "Transparency & Pricing" page. 
Must cover: A table of all service fees (Transfers, Airtime, 
Bills) to avoid "hidden charge" complaints.
